Jerome Hromiak- Owner, Operator, Instructor, CrossFit Level 1 Certified.

Bio – I was was initially introduced to CrossFit through Kelly Starrett who runs San Francisco CrossFit. At the time I was recovering from a very complicated knee procedure, he was my physical therapists and said in one of my sessions “Hey once you get back on your feet I want to you try this out.” It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

After 10 knee surgeries I had gone through a lot and was just happy to be able to walk and be semi-active again. Well I did my first CrossFit workout and realized this was something different…and like most people ruined by my first workout. It was a long recovery in gaining strength again but through it I began to really see that CrossFit was the breakthrough in fitness I’d been looking for my entire life, it just makes sense. I’ve always been athletic but, like many other athletes, never enjoyed going to gyms and the exercise programs they offered. I just did them to stay strong.

Now I am a firm believer the physical skill sets CrossFit trains combined with its programming will get anyone into incredible shape (that includes YOU), have a lot of fun getting there, improve performance in other sports you enjoy and achieve milestones you never thought possible…and prevent surgeries so you can keep active and playing through aging.

In my earlier days I played competitive basketball and volleyball, ran track with a PR in the mile at 4:10, taught Phys Ed, coached basketball, tennis and volleyball and in between worked in sales for various Internet companies.   I graduated from Virginia Tech in Materials Science and an MBA from Thunderbird.

I love CrossFit, it’s changed my life, allow it to change yours. I will do my best to work with you closely and attentively. But also be patient in your training. Start slowly and learn the foundations of movements thoroughly, even if the workouts will be scaled or those around you are doing more…this is your fitness and your path. Focus on solid form and correct movement. I cannot emphasize this enough. Take your time…there is a lot to learn and the better your foundation the better your training and results will be for the journey. Now lets have some fun and get in shape!

Hey Jerome, The shirts arrived yesterday. They look great! Thank you for your efforts and follow through. We will ware them with pride, maybe on Monday when we do the MURPH? Have your folks done that yet? Have a wonderful Holiday and Make It A Great Day, ROG Is there a chance Chris and I and NORCO could get on your guest list, even though we didn't do a WOD?

HI Rog, Thanks for the message. Yes Murph is our Dec 31st workout to end the year on. So we'll probably have it again July 1st since I like to throw that out there every 6 months :) To date only those who have done a WOD here can be put on the Guest List. If i send you a WoD i designed and you give me your times I'll put you on. You good for that? Jerome

I clicked ont he link for a schedule, but it was blank. Can you let me know your schedule for the days 11- 26 to 12-2. Thank you.

Thanks for the hospitality during my visit to Kauai. It is always great seeing the crossfit community at work. I felt like I was a member of your gym. If you ever end up in San Diego, feel free to come by and throw down in the garage gym.
